Jimmy John's

I went to Jimmy Johns for a sandwich, went to the drive thru that no one was in. A guy said he would be right with me. Eight minutes later I decided it wasnt worth the wait and backed out. Two employees were just out the back door. As soon as they saw me leaving one ran inside. Not going to assume anything else but I will say this isnt the first time I have had bad service at Jimmy Johns and surely not the first that it has taken so long that I just decided Id rather leave.

An absolute pleasure to come to this store! The morning crew always come through for me. I didn't get names today but my sandwich was made absolutely like I wanted it, the young man with the gouges was very pleasing to talk to and the gentleman with the beard helped me with the menu and any questions thay I had about it. Absolutely love this location and the morning crew that always helps me out! Can't wait to come in again!

Trash management and employees apparently. Can't get good service with delivery or in store. Always out of ingredients and non polite. The beach club is good but not worth it apparently.

Sucks I got such a snarky and unnecessary response from the guy with the septum ring running the drive thru and window because I really like Jimmy Johns sandwiches but just based on his service Ill be going to Jersey Mikes. I understand the number 3 tuna doesnt come with cheese but most times I order it I get asked if I want to add and I have an allergy so it makes me feel secure to go ahead and say no cheese even if they dont ask. I dont need a worker saying well its a good thing you ordered the 3 and not the 15 because that doesnt come with cheese. And then when I pulled up to the window he decided to continue educating me telling me that there are two tuna sandwich options and one has cheese and one doesnt, as if I have completely inconvenienced him by simply saying no cheese. I have an allergy I will always say that. Get someone working the drive thru and door that wont be personally offended or annoyed at something like that because that was honestly so stupid and turned me off of this business.
