Jersey Mike's Subs

One of the subs from my order that was delivered was a completely different sub than I had ordered. I called the store and told them, and manager said he was too busy to talk to me and he doesn't have time to "deal" with right now. He said that I would have to contact Door Dash. I told him everything else in the order was correct except for one of the $18 giant subs. Door Dash had nothing to do with this. Unbelievable.

We went during the dinner rushes so had a bit of a wait but the service was great even though they were obviously short staffed. Is usually a little pricey.

Every time we go there, our order is wrong. The steak is dry. The west side Jersey Mike's is so much better

I really like Jersey Mikes when they get it right. The problem is they seldom get it right. Tonight was the last time Ill be wasting my time on them. Ive learned to expect a wait, but 20 minutes after Id ordered and paid was about it for me. The last three times Ive went my order has been wrong or missing something. Tonight I got all the way home to discover they gave me a cold number 7 instead of the hot cheese steak number 17 I ordered and paid for. They get a little put out if you set there and inventory your order before you drive away so I mistakenly decided to chance it and didnt check everything before leaving. Their sandwiches are good when you get lucky and they do it right, but they usually dont do it right and Im sick of paying for their mistakes. I wont go back again.
