This was the first home I have ever sold and it went so smooth which made life easier as I was dealing with graduating from college, doing my national boards at the same time, and finding a new house in our new home state. 10/10 recommend for home buying and selling!! This is the second time I've had the help of Charlotte and Justin Putzier with real estate. They did an amazing job meditating the sale of my home and made sure everything was fair between myself and the buyer. I felt like I was their only client at times even though I know they have many.
