Troy is the perfect mix of knowledge and understanding. He spent hours answering our questions and made us very comfortable with the homebuying process. He was able to pivot when our needs changed and navigated all the craziness with COVID with ease. Troy was always available and was amazing with communication. We initially met with Troy months before we were going to buy and get was patient with us until it came time for us to buy. I have never bought a home before and Troy was great walking me through the process the whole way. He was very accommodating to our needs while maintaining a friendly and professionalism attitude.
