I broke down in the area with my Honda Goldwing and had it towed to this dealership. When they (supposedly) diagnosed my bike, they told me that all of my injectors were bad AND the bike needed a whole new main wiring harness. I then rented a truck to get my bike home (Pennsylvania), and took it to MY dealership. I told them what Casper Mountain said was the problem, and they (a very experienced Goldwing mechanic) said thats a billion in one chance of whats wrong. He (Randy) found the problem almost immediately and replaced 2 relays, and the bike was ready to go. So because of the inexperienced kids in the service department at Casper Mountain my breakdown cost me over $2,000. in towing, truck rental, & their diagnosis, The actual cost for 2 relays was $30. While they have a nice selection of vehicles for sale and pushy sales people, their service department could use tremendous improvement. AND experience. They couldnt have been more wrong about my Goldwing.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in to get some help on my 4 wheeler and was instantly greeted at the door by salesman Mike. Mike was super friendly and directed me straight to the Parts/Labor department. I was then passed off to Ashley who was super friendly and helpful. There was a couple questions that she didnt know the answer to so she got her co workers Garrett and Paul involved and they were both also very friendly and helpful. Was able to get my questions answered plus was able to score on the new helmets they got in.

Parts for my CFMoto on back order for 3 months. Not happy with the service department. Sales department was great when I bought it, no problems with them.
