If I could leave negative stars I would. We have had NOTHING but issues with the carriers in Casper. And calling and speaking to an actual person is not an option no matter how many times you press 0. Several times now we have asked them "Do not leave packages on our enclosed porch," (which isn't going into someone's house trespassing?) They persist in doing so and our dog eats everything if he is in there. This morning the driver put my daughters notary on the porch yet again. She need this for her job. And yet again the dog ate it. We have called numerous times and reported online claims to no avail. We have a sign on our porch window that even says "Do Not put packages in the house." How do we stop this from happening? So far we are down a notary seal, several hundreds of dollars in contact lenses, clothing, pet supplies and vehicle parts. We realize our dog is naughty, but in order to circumvent that we have asked the drivers, when we can catch them to NOT leave packages inside. And we have filed online claims and reports. What does it take to get this careless cooperation to listen, or to even contact an actual human being and get some help!?
