Ordered a special chuck for driving channel Master Halco Postmaster fence posts. No tax on a $208 product is a big deal when you are used to paying 10% in California. I got a bit nervous about my post driver rental reservation date when I didn't get an email saying the chuck had shipped. Someone at SWi got back to me within the hour even though it was a Saturday morning. They offered to overnight it in time for the job in case it hadn't been shipped, but after looking at their records they were able to confirm it had been shipped in time. They still credited me the shipping cost which was very generous of them. The channel chuck worked beautifully! We are short people, so we had to use a ladder (the local tool rental did not have an extender handle for the driver) but it was totally fine. We could not believe how easy it was to drive a post three or four feet into clay soil. Perfect invention for getting it done quickly and well without any knee or back injuries!
