        More than anything, I wanted an ENERGY STAR rated home. I believe Paul is the only builder in town who builds ALL his homes to meet ENERGY STAR requirements. This fact alone was enough for me to trust his judgment and, he certainly did not disappoint! I just moved into my new home last week and I'm thrilled with it! Paul was terrific to work with during the build. At the "walk-through" conducted shortly before closing, I was expecting to generate a long "punch list" of things to be adjusted or fixed - similar to what I've experienced with other builders in the past. But, because Paul is such a perfectionist, he had already taken care of those details, making the "walk-through" more of an "orientation". It was such a lovely surprise and just reinforced my positive opinion of Paul. Every home should be a Frauendienst Quality Home!
