We moved into our home and was told we would have the 30 day inspection done. After calling and leaving messages, he (Joe) finally came over almost a month later. We then scheduled the repairs to be done with the different contractors, mind you it had to be done between 8-5 Monday- Friday. We took time off from work to find out the Guardian representative (Joe) decided to take the day off. We found out from the one and only contractor that showed up, still havent heard from Joeor the other contractors. We had problems from the very beginning with decisions being made unbeknownst to us. Customer service is providing a time thats CONVENIENT for your customers and respecting the time they took off work.

My spouse and I bought a Guardian built-home in Thomas Heights. The materials used in the Guardian are very good, but the architectural design of the floor plan is not good. The biggest problem my spouse and I found was the poor space given at the bottom of the stair landing. The architect did not provide sufficient space at the bottom of the landing to allow passage for a queen size bed. The window wells also do not provide passage for beds. Given the poor space, the architectural plan is not sufficient for a livable basement (1300 sq. feet). Having designed and finished the entire basement myself, I'm well aware that builders save money by building only to code and not considering the future potential of livable space. My opinion: I would not buy a Guardian home in Cheyenne, Wy. Lesson learned: Make sure a queen bed (among other furniture) can fit through the basement door before you buy a home.
