Comfort Suites

We stayed at the Comfort Inn last night and had a great experience. The desk attendant, Devin, was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. It was a great value. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for the excellent service.

I recently stayed here. Upon checking in , there was an issue with my room. I wont go into details, but when I went to the front desk there was a housekeeper there her name was Megan y She went and checked the room to see The issues I was experiencing. She said OK lets see if we can get you into a better room, once they located a room to replace me and she personally went to inspected the room and then she walked me up the room showed me the room and asked if theres any concerns , anything that she can do to make it better for me overall and just her communication and talking to me made me feel so comfortable and relaxed about the situation . And it was late and Im surprised she was still there. I just wanna know if youre reading this you made a difference on how viewed your hotel !

Comfort suites is the place to be vacation or just straight business friendly down to the GM Casey I believe was her name she was freaking amazing friendly and very accommodating when we walked in to get a room from a long drive !

Place ripped me off $96 and every phone number they have listed goes to a hang up or call didn't go through status. What a scam and a joke of a hotel! Hopefully everyone checks their bank accounts after they stay here!

We booked online for one night, good price. Checked in March 2, 2024 - warm winter day, soon to turn colder. Were assigned room 202 - opened door to sauna heat - unit under winter was blasting warm air - likely 100 F in room. Called desk, very nice, understanding housekeeping manager responded and tried her best to get system to cool off - unsuccessfully. We were transferred to room 225 - same condition - same prompt, professional response, same result. But, as we could open window, we asked that HVAC be turned off, which she did. We slept sufficiently warm, until sunrise. Room was too cold - tried turning heat on, unsuccessfully. Advised front desk that HVAC non-functional. She said they were totally aware, but she only works here.
