Chance and his staff were great! They went above and beyond including capping off unused sprinkler heads, changing out sprinkler heads for newer better ones, and even going to different stores to make sure the rubber mulch he installed under our playground was the one we wanted. He always kept me in the loop and was so friendly! He even sprayed our front yard to kill the weeds and stuff even though he was only working on our back yard! Customer service and outcome were above expectation! I will definitely be using them again for anything I need done! I am trying to use this business, however this doesn't seem like it is going to happen. I talked to Chance last about a yard clean up and to start lawn care services. I have him my phone number and my email address and he said I would have an estimate quickly. It has been 2 weeks and still nothing. I even saw Chance working on his grandmother's fence on Sunday and talked to him about getting my estimate. I have tried calling him, voice mail is full. i have tried texting and he says he has so many he can't find mine. I really want to hire him but not sure he wants my money
