Sleep Number

I have made it a mission to make sure I tell everyone not to purchase a sleep number. Its a glorified air mattress. If you have a partner and you both cant agree on a soft or firm mattress, try harder, avoid sleep number at all costs. When we were still paying for the bed (we had it less than 2 years at this point) there was a part that broke. We called to see what we can do to fix this, the store told us that we had to wait a couple months for a technician to come from a different state. Mind you this is a BED. A bed that we sleep on every night. Once the technician came out, we then had to pay the technician even though we were still making payments for the bed! There are many other reasons why one shouldnt buy a sleep number. However, when Im reminded in a couple months on this dreaded company, Ill make another post on another experience about this place so can be shut down.

The ad said 50% off on Sleep Number mattresses. The sign above the mattress said 30% off. The invoice said 10% off. The total out the door with cover, pad and delivery was nearly 160% of the list price for the mattress. The people were courteous.
