        Schroeders All American Homes is a great family business to work with. They are no hidden fees, can get you construction costs at no additional charge. Tara has been in the business for over 25 years. They made the entire house building process very easy. They are very upfront with all of their costs and have their pricing listed on the web site, which most other dealers dont do that. I would highly recommend Schroeders as they are wonderful to work with.

        We purchased a new modular home from Schroeder's All American Homes and the level of deception from their staff is shocking. They made us wait WEEKS while the home halves sat next to the completed foundation. Also lied about final assembly warranty repairs. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME from this company

        Gary Sansone, we read your review, and we are sorry to hear that you were not happy. Based off what you mentioned in your review, that you had to wait weeks before we set your home onto your foundation. We waited on you to build your road to be able to get your house to your site. Once you were ready for us to set the home, it took a week and half to line up a crane company and set crew. You cannot set a home the second that you were ready for us. One to two weeks after the home gets delivered in common on every home as it takes time to line everyone up and have to watch the weather as well. As for your warranty repairs, I have asked you to send those to me and you have not. I can't repair items that I don't know about. You researched what dealership to buy from for months and went with us because we gave you the best price. I am not sure why you are just now writing a bad review as we set your home over 2 years ago. Instead of writing bad reviews, you should reach out to us about your concerns.
