The princess pedicure was the most relaxing experience. They give a full 15 minute leg/foot massage while youre wrapped in a soft blanket and give you an eye mask. Amazing quality definitely only getting pedicures there from now on!

Ive come here off an on over the years but today I just have to give and absolute RAVE for this team. I have really ugly bitten nails and keeping up appointments is hard and expensive, but the Nam team put so much detail into shaping them just right. I cant even tell that my Nails are dipped, usually they are so chunky and uneven but the lady (I forgot to ask her name) took so much time making them thin and beautiful.

Service was horrible and super slow. We went in for a manicure only and took over 2 1/2 hours. They were bouncing from client to client and couldn't finish on one person before moving on the the next. Nails are unevenly shaped. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Service: Manicure

I went here on a referral from someone. I had dip powder done on my nails. Which she then covered with shellac for some reason. She also made one nail too thick with white dip, and instead of removing and redoing the powder, she filed that nail down until it burned, and my skin under the nail was longer than the nail. I didnt notice until after leaving that there were spots all through my nails. And since then, three of my nails have broken. Not to mention they just look terrible. My friend got a massage down the same day. She is a massage therapist herself and told them they were hurting her and doing the massage wrong. They did not listen. She ended up having major bruising down her whole body. I would never go here again *** I forgot to mention that also take forever and they charged more than any other place Ive ever gone to- where my no chip dip is actually no chip dip, not watered down shellac added to it.
