Terrible experience with even trying to schedule. They scheduled me then canceled me on the day of. Rescheduled for a few days later, then they canceled again day of Appointment. I do not recommend this local place. I had to schedule in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Our money and time is worth it to deal with professionals.

Dr. Stevens was so nice! I brought my baby in and she was so sweet to him as she did my exam. I absolutely loved my experience! Everything was clean and organized. It is definitely affordable as well. I liked all of the people working there.

The guy who works the front is rude the first time he was really help full but the second time not , totally unhelpful and doesn't offer to find out answers to questions or anything.he scan my husbands one glasses twice when he had two different pairs so he end up with the same glasses twice so I had to go back and get new ones and I didn't even get any discount or anything and I still had to pay for shipping so i don't have to go back and i had to pay more for the glasses the gas i live in nebraska so it's not fair and not even and I'm sorry

The guy who works the front is rude, totally unhelpful and doesn't offer to find out answers to questions or anything. I have tried them twice now and both times same thing. NEVER going to step into that place EVER again! Would rather drive to another state to get contacts than have to deal with that guy ever again!

The workers of Americas best are so helpful! I loved the customer service. They are so nice and helped me get comfortable with my new contacts!
