Rock solid properties, living up to the name, solid service, complete communication and making us feel like our move was/is important. Especially appreciate calla and devin for getting it done. My fiancee said they got offered double rent as she was handed the keys and Devin said "nope, already done w the papers" wicked awesome he supported sticking by their word

I cannot recommend this company more strongly. After disappointments with other property management companies in the area, I called Halley at Rock Solid. She called me back the same afternoon and took time out of her own day to do a showing the very next morning. I was approved the next day and the process could not have been smoother. Also, unlike many companies, Rock Solid really ensures thier properties are well maintained. Rock Solid's team continues to help me out every time I call upon them. Five star service in every respect!

Working with Rock Solid Properties was a great experience. The communication and process of applying and moving in were amazing! I always knew what was going on, they made the process very easy and we ended up finding a beautiful home. Upon move in they discussed everything with and assured us that if we had any problems or concerns to put a request in to the online maintenance app or to get in touch with Cala. They have an amazing response time. Halley was so wonderful and professional. I could tell the house was a little rough from previous tenants but nothing that wasnt first discussed with us and easily fixed in a very reasonable time. I highly recommend Rock Solid Properties to anyone looking for a home.

Rock Solid Properties really were easy to work with. They got my into an apartment quickly and any time I had an issue were quick to respond. I appreciate that they have a high quality mobile app as well and made it super easy to pay and request maintenance. Highly recommend.
