This is the best experience I've ever had with a rental company, hands down! Before we even moved in, the realtor sat down with my wife and I and explained our contract in detail (which has NEVER happened to us before). The apartment had new flooring and paint when we moved in. Every time we have a maintenance issue, we get prompt answers to our phone calls. The maintenance techs can be at our doorstep in 10 minutes notice, unless it's super late on a Saturday or Sunday night.

These people are crooks. Plain and simple. No matter how much integrity you have, how good of a tenant you are, or if you leave your lease 20 times better than you found it, you will be hosed for every penny they can steal from you when you leave. They have no morals, no integrity, no human decency. How they all haven't been charged with fraud yet is beyond my understanding. The reviews speak for themselves.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Front desk lady has an attitude and is never helpful. Anytime we try to call it goes straight to voicemailand do they return your voicemails? No. We only stayed at our property for 1 year. Moving out process was horrible. We were clearly told that everyday wear and tear wont affect our deposit. We cleaned for DAYS and even came back for 24 hours after turning our key in to clean again since they came up with a list of stupid things (that were 100% everyday wear and tear) that needed to be touched up. Even after that, it wasnt up to their standards. So they probably charged us about $500+ but who knows because we havent heard any updates since then. Its been over a month since we have moved out and we have not received our deposit back, or whats left of it at least.
