After only renting from them currently at 6 months, I can say it was probably the worst housing decision I have ever made. DO NOT rent at 2808 E 8th St. There have been a domino effect of problems, some of which include lack of professionalism, advertising appliances that dont work in the home ( central AC, washer, and refrigerator. All of which do not work.), plumbing, heating, and electrical issues. Lastly, it is clear that this home has not been inspected in a very long time, the ducts are full of dust, electricity goes out if I have a hair dryer on at the same time that the light is on, and the piping downstairs is rotted out. If I could give a rating of 0, I most definitely would.

Attrmpted to rent a unit from them and let me tell you never again the service is awful cant get ahold of them threw the phone cant seem to find them open and when you do get a call threw george is rude and very stand offish i wouldnt let this company do any where near your business i think their better off not in business

My girlfriend of 18 years had Presidential roofing come out  to do our roof. Actually, they were going door to door in July or August of 2011, and I told her to get other people to look at the roof first, she didn't. They also said my steel garage needed a new roof, it did not. There wasn't one dent anywhere in it. This caused friction between my girlfriend and myself as she was believing them. I had a representative come out for my garage, a Lester building.They confirmed that my steel roof was fine. My girlfriend still listened to presidential. Their first crew of about 6-7 people, finished the house roof fairly quickly. The next day one of our dogs was carrying a plastic bottle with what looked like dirty water in it, it was pee. I then found another bottle behind my steel garage. I wonder who left these there??? Within days we had high winds and the shingles were coming off in droves! They were laying all over the yard and flower beds on all four sides of the house. I even had neighbors calling us up to say the shingles were coming off of our house, which I already knew. They did have some people come out to put them back on. We had shingles coming off sporadically another 4-5 times before they finally got the roof corrected. Now early this year, around March, after a high wind, we had a small group of shingles come off again. I called presidential and after a few days they said it was out of warranty and it would cost a minimum of 250.00. I figured that after that terrible initial experience we had they might do it as a courtesy, NOPE!  My girlfriend also had 5 rental homes at the time. She was going to have presidential do them also. They may have done one, I don't remember that part as it was her thing. After the nightmare with our home she did go to another company, Inman, to finish the rentals.
