        I had an apppontment with BandB I waited 30 mins, because the were a NO SHOW. I called B & B and they said they were having poblems with their truck. Ok, no problem, but no apology. I waited another hour and a half, no update. I called again, the woman who answered said, "As I told you an hour ago, we are having trouble with the truck." No apology. B and B has no concern about my time. I understand about the truck having issues, but I'm blown away by the lack of regard they showed.

        Bob the owner pumped my septic tank in the process he pointed out that my discharge line had settled and should.be dug up and repaired so I had it dug up he was correct line had settled and collapsed only open one inch on a 4 inch line if this had not been brought to my attention it would have close off and cause back up of septic into the house with wenter fast approaching not the time to try and dig frozen ground thanks B&B
