        Their cleaning employee KATE needs an attitude check!! She is very rude and condescending!! She will bring down the reputation for this cleaning business. We needed our Buffalo apartment cleaned, as we're moving to Gillette. They had a cancellation and Kate texted me that they will be done earlier, expecting us to be in Buffalo earlier. When I explained we were on a schedule for the day and would try our best to be there sooner (which we did) she got really snotty and kind of hung up the phone on me. The other cleaning lady Darla was okay. Their cleaning job wasn't great!! I did like talking to the owner Sharon Kroft over the phone though. She seems really nice. But KATE really ruined the whole experience. She wouldn't even say hi or answer my questions directly when she got to our place, infact she looked the other way while talking to me. I won't ever have KATE clean for us going forward !! She needs to learn to have a good attitude and basic manners!!!
