Complete Tree Service

Hi Dave, we apologize if you were not happy with the service we provided. Your wife did call after we trimmed your trees but she did not say anything about a dangerous "widow maker". If she had we would have gone over to take care of it right away. Instead, she only stated that she would like us to clear the canopy more. She also asked why we did not bring the boom truck to your job, which we explained that it was because it wouldn't fit into your backyard. We felt we did the work provided in the estimate, however we said we would come back and do some more trimming. This was in September and winter arrived before we had a chance to come by again. It is our mistake that it fell off our radar as things ramped up again for Spring. We sincerely apologize for that, but we were totally unaware that you felt your tree was dangerous.
