      image Previous tenant broke window in bedroom a year ago before I moved in. Now it is below 20 degrees in my room with snow blowing in, because over the past year even me inquiring about it several times, they have yet to come fix it. It wasn't me or my guests that caused it yet me and my family are suffering for it. They have no emergency contact information that is available for tenants. I've been trying to contact them since the snow storm came in with no luck.This is unlivable. And I have pretty low standards for what livable means.
