      image The pharmacy staff is top notch, friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. I won't go anywhere else now. I also want to give high marks to their delivery person. Edit to review- On my next delivery the delivery driver lost my medication and first lied about delivering it and then admitted he didn't know where it was. The pharmacy said they would call me back but didn't. I finally called them and picked it up myself. Started my medicine 3 days late due to this mess.

      image Very disappointed in the pharmacy customer service. After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, I was told my RX was in line to be reviewed and was asked to go back to the back of the line because they were busy, which I proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes. If you dont have the staff hire more- none of the other hyvee pharmacies have this issue, only this one, every time I have to come to this location.
