Very nice and so is the ford suv. Only problem all the tech thats in the dash needs to be shown to your clients. I had to ask if it had a cd player - no; the locking/unlocking has a LONG wait that i kept trying and finally gave up and went in store. When came out, it was locked, gear, lets say CHANGER is in the middle and u dial what u want. Its fancy to me and runs good but ive never been in a vehicle that i needed explained abt. Good sz interior.

Thanks to Matt for providing excellent service, several extensions to my rental, and immediate receipt emailing. I have an Endurance policy-never would I recommend them-they kept dragging out my inspection and repairs then denied the claim. I had numerous medical appointments and needed a vehicle for more days than expected. Matt provided me with a vehicle similar to my own so I would not have to relearn the location of everything on the dash. I was able to book, sign, and go in a few short minutes. I recommend going thru Orbitz for a great deal and insurance - check with your credit card or personal insurance for rental coverage. The rental vehicles are clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Glad Matt was promoted!

Never been anywhere to rent a car and had such welcoming and courteous staff. Was really impressed at how informative and friendly they were. Will use again and I recommend to anyone needing a rental
