Thank good that this place is going out of business. With Lying customers service reps and second rate products. There is nothing that anyone should buy from this store.
Here is the story. My mom went in to look for a steal toed boot for me. I checked them out and they would seam to work. Well I double checked cause I had someone step on my toes at work and they are crushed. I double checked and my mom said that some lady had said they are steel toes boots. Guess what they are not. I can't return or exchange them because all sales are final.
Here is a pointer. If you trained your employees to be honest, you would still be in business and and this review wouldn't have been written.
Good riddance.

Ordered a simple microwave. Took a week to get it to store. Installer never called me once. Store never called me once. Installer and store conflicting information about microwave being installed. Had to call several phone numbers just to explain issue a dozen times to different areas. Typical Sears service or COMPLETE lack thereof. Unacceptable. Cancelling order. No wonder they are going broke.
