Very disappointing! Sent flowers and paid for the premium version (size on web site said 12 x 13). What she got had 4 sunflowers total and was 1/2 that size.
I called to express my disappointment and got a bunch of excuses as to why they their arrangements look nothing like the website and how they have zero control over the flower sizes. Apparently I am the only complaint she has ever received so it must not be an issue.
This is not about the costI would have paid double for my daughter to get the beautiful arrangement as pictured.

Highly disappointed ordered an arrangement online and upgraded it to the premium arrangement with orchids, which obviously cost extra, and they only delivered the basic lower cost arrangement. I understand when you are out of a certain flower, but normally it would be substituted with an equal in price flower. No WOW factor in this arrangement.
This isnt the first time this has happened at this flower shop. I thought Id try them again, but nope.

The flowers smell amazing, and looked beautiful. The bouquet even had new blooms coming, allowing me to enjoying my beautiful bouquet for many days to come. When I called, I had phenomenal customer service, where everything was handled in a timely manner. Thank you!
