PET Technologies is a European manufacturer of Blow Molding Machines and Blow Molds. PET Technologies sales and service centers cover Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa, US and Canada. We are working with both small and medium enterprises, also with global corporations. Our main customers are food and beverage industry manufacturers (water, CSD, dairy products, edible oil, vinegar and beer), chemical industry (household and automotive chemicals) and converters.
PET Technologies specialize in the following services:
Development and manufacturing of automatic blow molding equipment for PET bottles production:
• for bottles volume up to 2L - from 3000 to 14 000 bottles / hour;
• 3-10L - 1600 and 2500 b / hour (for 5-6L bottle);
• 10-35L - from 120 to 500 bottles / hour;
Development and manufacturing of universal semi-automatic blow molding equipment with output:
- 600-800 bottles / hour for containers 0.1
- 6 liters - and up to 100-400 bottles / hour for 10-40 liters kegs and bottles;
PET packaging design based on the competitive environment analysis, market trends, customer inputs with artist and designers we make unique bottles to increase your sales.
Blow molds production for our machines, as well as for any rotary and linear blow molder of other world manufacturers (Sidel, Krones, KHS, SMI, Kosme).
For Blow molds manufacture, we use German dural alloys of the 6000th series with a hardness up to 100 HB;
Service: PET Technologies equipment commissioning, warranty and after sales support, customer’s technical staff training.

The company’s plant has a full cycle of production (or vertical production) from metal blanks till ready blower for operation. It is based on the principles of TOC planning.
- 9000 sq. meters of production space;
- Metalworking machinery park with more than 130 units including 4-5 axis machining centers
- Deckel Maho (Germany), Doosan (South Korea).
- 2 R&D departments: for blow molders development and the other part for PET bottle creation and blow molds design, filling lines accessories. All designers work with special Catia software and Smarteam. By the way the blow molding machine is quite complicated equipment and consists of more than 15,000 parts. Austrian engineers take active part in equipment design development.
- In PET Technologies laboratory we study PET containers strength properties. It give as ground to develop innovative bottle designs, decrease weight of preforms used for these bottles, research behavior of PET containers simulating various operating conditions.

In a specially equipped laboratory we perform the following bottle tests:
• bottle dimensions
• brimfull and fill point
• wall thickness
• top load
• burst test
• internal pressure test
• material distribution
• drop test
• hot fill test
- trial bottles production unit equipped with special semi-automatic blow molder to make bottle samples. for the customer and PET Tech laboratory tests.

Nowadays our equipment installed almost in each part of the world: Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, North and Latin America - overall in 53 countries. 15 countries have sales and service offices with full-service support (start-up and commissioning services, supply consumables and spare parts).
