Dunbar Plumbers answered my initial call, made reasonable arrangement to come by, once there completed needed work, cleaned up and gave me a 30yr landlord good preventive advice. Would definitely use them again. Dependability & fairness is what most landlords want most, but actually these are really nice guys, very professional. I was referred to this company. I called twice yesterday and LVM with no answer/ or call back. Called again this morning and a gentleman answered who asked me about the issue I was having. Mid sentence he hung up. I thought maybe it was a mistake so I called back--and it went straight to VM. I figured, he was trying to call me back at the same time but when I called a second time he picked up and hung up on me. I have yet to receive a call back from the two calls yesterday morning and from earlier this morning. It's unfortunate.

Parked in front of my home to service the neighbor's house across the street, but threw his dirty orange disposable work gloves in the snow in my yard next to his red van. Wonder he would appreciate someone doing the same in front of his residence?
