Had to have my vehicle towed from Navy Pier today. The tow truck driver was very friendly and did an amazing job. I'm from a state away and this entire event was terrible but he made the situation much easier to deal with. The lady on the phone was amazing also. If I am ever in Chicago again and my car breaks down I will call again. ;)

Absolute leeches. So desperate for money they use spotters at apartment complexes. These are about the lowest operators in the city. Beware!

Shady operations. I was away from my car for less than 5 minutes and they took it. Left me stranded in the poring rain. Many people were parking in the lot to pick up their takeout but I was the lucky one who got robbed of my hard earned money. Times are tough and this is pure greed to stake out a business and try and spot people and steal their cars.

I'm so grateful Luis was so sweet and patient I had problems with my truck got stuck in Chicago but I live in Aurora...I was nervous cause I've never had car issues out far from where I live...I almost got scammed with another company wich was going to charge me 1,500 big difference of what I got charged...stunned on that price. THANK YOU LUIS...I will be recommending you to any one who is out in Chicago. Oh and this happened to me at 9pm
