We are so sorry to hear that your experience with us didn’t meet your expectations and we always strive to make sure every single one of our clients is happy with the service they received. Unfortunately, when it comes to any service that requires application of polish or dipping powder requires the removal of the top layer of the nail in order for the product to properly adhere. Prolonged manicures will eventually thin out the nail bed. All application services require some amount of nail bed removal and is not recommended for those with especially thin nails. We will work this out technicians to make sure this is communicated correctly with our clients going forward. Thank you again for sharing your experience and feedback with us. We always strive to be as accommodating to all our customers and provide a welcoming environment. We have been experiencing a staffing shortage for an extended period of time. Due to this we have experienced some days to become overbooked if one or two of our techs falls behind schedule. We always strive to accommodate all customers that we booked and we sometimes go past our original scheduled appointment times.
