Going on 35 days with 0 update for our vehicle. Will update as we finish the process.
The only communication is between the receptionist and I, whos says the technician hasnt put any updates as of today.
Our claims adjusters has not been able to reach Gerber Collisions estimator after leaving voicemails and a couple of emails.

This is a great place for any collision body work type of automobile service. They are really on top of things and always communicated with me about the progress and repair of my vehicle. I mean they're good shop.. and the people there keep you up to date.

About 3 months ago I had my vehicle repaired and returned back to me(12/22/22) with only 95% done. It's missing a bumper strike and was told to bring back when I take my vehicle out of winter storage. So, 2 days before I bring my car back out, I called the shop. Guess what! I was told the part has not come yet(for after 3 months) and was told will call when they received the part. At this could mean months of waiting .I wouldn't recommend people to have their car service/ repaired at "Gerber". I'm going to call my insurance and have them deal with this BS. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
