Susan is the best insurance gent I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She takes the time to listen to my needs or concerns and goes the extra mile to help me get the answers I need. Dealing with insurance is never at the top of anyone's todo list but working with Susan is easy and I always know I can trust that she will find me what I need and make sure I get the best rates possible. For the most part insurance companies are all pretty similar these days but an outstanding agent is hard to find so I would recommend working with Susan any day of he week and twice on Sunday.

So after 16 years with State Farm, their corp cut me. Apparently the word Assistance in Roadside Assistance means death to your account.
After getting 5 quotes amongst the major competitors Susan won my confidence, gratitude and routing number. The most enjoyable part of the process was Susan consulting with me as what felt like a person and not an insurance suit. Her availability, response time and detailed knowledge was most appreciated. Especially after being out of the shopping game for 16 years.
