Such kind and helpful employees! I was looking for a more rare flower, and while they didnt have it, they reached out to their other location and was able to reserve them for me. Ill definitely come back to this florist again and again. Thank you so much!

I used Ashland Addison Florist today for the first time, and they delivered. I worked with Anna for my arrangement. They used all the flowers I asked for. Customer service was excellent and so helpful. Their communication was excellent, they send you text of photo of flowers and an email notifying you flowers were delivered. It was a beautiful arrangement. I highly recommend them. Just a note, their delivery fee is pretty high. I use a lot of florists and this was the most I've ever paid for delivery.
