      image I didn't appreciate the dry lady with an attitude at all! She asked how may I help you and didn't make eye contact. Snatched my item and gave me a slip. I know we all have our days but if you in the front doing customer service then act kindly to the customers!

      image I started out with a 1-star rating on my review. I had an issue with 2 packages that were shipped from Springdale to Scottsdale, where I am for the month of February. I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. I'm now anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Thanks, Haley for helping to get my issue straightened out.

      image has good customer service- but I arrived at 8:45 and the store was still closed.
      Probably a scheduling error- I waited and saw a few customers also had to leave and go elsewhere
