Roughly a year and a half ago I had a front diff rebuilt there. It blew right after the 1 year warranty ran out. I had them rebuild it again 2 weeks ago and it blew after a week and a half. They honored replacing the diff but I had to eat the tow bill and labor costs. Extremely irritating and I will not be using them again for anything!!!

I looked all over the Internet for a steering box for my dump truck could not find one. I checked with all the junkyards they were expensive and told me they wouldnt guarantee them I was buying them as is. I found a couple truck dealerships that could bring one in from out of state very expensive and would take weeks to get. Someone suggested Premier truck parts. I contacted them they asked me to send them pictures of what I was looking for. They returned my phone call within minutes after receiving the pictures. They told me they could rebuild my current steering box quickly to get me back on the road. They then told me they would send their driver down to my shop in southern Ohio pick up my old steering box take it up to rebuild it. Their driver Freddy contacted me within three minutes. Set up a time the next day to come down and get my steering box. I was totally impressed these guys move so fast within a half an hour I had found a solution to my steering box. But within a 15 minutes Freddy called me and asked for serial numbers and more specific information about the steering box. He hung up and then called me back within five minutes and said he would bring me a rebuild box down tomorrow morning to my shop and take my old one back, unbelievable. So after spending weeks searching for this elusive steering box one called Premier within an hour I had one scheduled to be delivered the next morning, which it was. I am a retired businessman I owned large construction equipment company in Florida. I have to say the people at Premier truck parts that I dealt with were old school pros This is what Service used to be like. you guys are to be commended they did a hell of a job. Ive handed out their business cards to many of my friends in business and part distributors and told them my story. Thank you..you guy are great

Excellent place to get a rebuilt steering box for freightliner classic. Priced right and plenty of inventory.
