Avoid!! Someone from this company came out to look at a toilet in my house recently. As a single woman, I felt like he totally took advantage of me. Could cost $1,100. Could be $1,800. Could drop it down to $790. Mentioned that the toilet needed to be snaked and said it takes about an hour. Was done within 12 minutes. It is so hard to find people to not take advantage of others (esp single women) and this company is not an exception. :(

So disappointed! I've used them a time or two in the past for small jobs and found them to be fair. However, this event was ridiculous. I needed a new utility tub installed in the basement and I purchased all the parts. Had the plumber come out with the intention of hiring him after he quoted. He looked up the price on his computer and it said $1236.00. Huh?? I immediately balked, he got his boss on the phone and his boss said since they were there they would do it for $900. Huh?? I told him the job should be $250 - $300 max. The boss said have a nice day. Before leaving all of a sudden the plumber said he would do it for $600. Huh?? I said goodbye. I hired Stanton Plumbing in Columbia, MD. The price. . . . . .$211.50 !!! Wish I could give ZERO Stars!

The plumber spent about 15 minutes working on a leaky faucet for my grandparents. For that work, plus the amount of time he took to get a part for the sink, he charged $350. $350!!! He wouldn't even give them a receipt outlining what cost what. My grandparents had to call later and ask that it be mailed to them. I'm only giving 3 stars because he came the same day and did good work.

Erik was awesome. Gave me a step-by-step explanation of the problems as well as what he was doing to correct them. Completely the job quickly and neatly, and made the entire experience as painless as possible. Definitely recommend them, and will contact them again should the need arise.
