I wish they had a button for zero stars so Im forced to pick one. For all of you text book citizens who want to settle, this is the law firm for you. If you want true American justice for you or your family members who was injured such as going all the way to a jury trial, or having every and all evidence to assure your max payout will be presented at trial, or assuring that your 14th Amendment right to due process is not violated, which is you having a right to have any and all evidence that can increase the penalty of the person who caused injury to you or your family presented at trial including all witnesses, then this my not be the corporation for you. This is the first of many law firms that are about to be exposed for violations of the 14th Amendment law of the United States Constitution for due process. What is about to happen to this corporation is going to open the eyes and expose how law firms may violate your constitutional rights right before your eyes to assure a business as usual style justice system to the citizens of Maryland by settlement only. A News story is being prepared by the media as we speak that will unravel the tactics used to sabotage the citizens who are in search of true justice. It is only a matter of time before the story gets out and then I will post a link. We pray for you and your family if you choose this corporation for true justice. When you tell a law firm to put things in writing that they will bring all evidence and witnesses, but go against their own writing, and only provide 10% of the full evidence and not bring any of your witnesses, including the reporting officer who has the police report to prove that the person who struck you were driving while suspended this is a direct violation of the 14th amendment of the citizens constitutional rights. The 14th amendment of our constitution enforces the citizens right to due process which is to have any, and all evidence presented at trial, especially when you promised and writing. If you remove any evidence in your possession from a trial, or present altered evidence like in my case, that is a criminal offense of tampering with evidence and withholding evidence from a trial, or fabricating trial evidence to present to a jury. It was never agreed that I wouldnt allow you to violate the lawS of Maryland, and withhold any evidence from my case. Mr. Derr, the contents of your post are untrue. Your case was tried before a full jury over 2 days. Against our advice, you refused all settlement offers. The jury determined your recovery and you testified. As a testament to our rigorous preparation of your case, the judge denied your baseless request for a new trial as you received a fair trail under Maryland law. We are sorry you are disappointed with the decision of the citizens of our community (the jury) who decided your case. Unfortunately, there is no second bite at the apple.
