I called Ridels Florist 10 AM today. I spoke to the manager Robin. I ask if flowers could be delivered the same day. Robin said that was not a problem and they would be delivered today. I let her know the person receiving the flowers father had died and she would be leaving by 4. Robin said we are very close to your location...within 4 miles, no problem.
At 3:45 the arangement had not been delivered. In speaking to the shop I was told they were unable to reach the delivery man??? The flowers should be there in the next 15 minutes. This went on for the next hour and a half. I was left on hold repeatedly. Flowers were never delivered. Poor, Poor, Poor service!!! I cancelled the order. They could not give me a confermation number for my $100+ credit charge. I am now waiting for the other manger Susan to call me.

I ordered flowers here for my girlfriend. When I called, they guaranteed same day delivery. However, after day 2, the flowers never arrived and my visa was charge. Now, nobody is answering the phone. I would love to see this resolved. I will write a second review if it is.
