My favorite little treasure of a place, tucked away in Long Reach Village, just off of Route 108 on Phelps Luck Drive in eastern Columbia (close to Rt 29 and 100). Don't be dissuaded by the low-key presentation... Grandfathers is a real-deal garden center with a knowledgeable and friendly staff that guides you to plant the right plants in the right space yourself, or they will happily show up to do it for you. Seven years and numerous landscape projects later, I have NEVER been disappointed by the quality of their plants or their customer service.... quite the contrary! Ask for Ed, the owner, or Dan the landscape boss.

They have everything I need. They can answer all the questions I ask. It's like going to family and buying. You are treated so well that you keep coming back. Their services are outstanding. As soon as I pulled in they started assisting me. I was really treated well. Came and got what I needed and wanted. They are reasonable with their price and service. Top of the line. I recommend you go there at least once after that you will return on your own with your good experiance. My flowers from planting in spring have blossomed so beautifully. I needed fall flowers so I went there. Sorry I was unsuccfull on up loading a picture of my garden.

My first experience was a good. I needed some landscaping done. There was a little wait time to get on the schedule but it is also the busy season. Dan was very helpful, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I am very pleased and will use them again.
