I wanted to love them. Unfortunately this is not a payroll company that actually handles your payroll. Its self service - like self checkout at Walmart (only worse) - sigh. If you need something done, they reply with all you have to do is login in and do it yourself. And if they screw something up you are on your own. Basically Im paying ADP but have created a job for myself and having to learn how to handle my own payroll now.

Wes the sales rep promised ADP would be able to assist with a past tax issue I had due to another payroll company. I agreed to work with them based off of this promise. I have text messages with him acknowledging such.
Fast forward two weeks later, after Ive signed the contract, and he comes into my business unannounced. His reason for the visit was to ask me to complete a task prior to year end. Like most businesses owners I wasnt prepared for this disruption. He called his immediate supervisor during his unannounced visit and she proceeded explain the need to complete said task immediately. I let them know that this was not an emergency on my end.
But, I did need to know when they were going to start working on my tax issue.
The supervisor was on speaker and became aggressive and said that ADP would be unable to assist me with this issue and there wasnt a payroll company that would help me because it was prior to my signing their contract.
I reminded her that I signed the contract because of this promise and she continued to get aggressive. I then told her to cancel my contract. I do not like bait and switch companies so please be aware. I should have known this company had unethical business practices when Wes started our business relationship with constant changing prices.
This company will say anything to get you to sign a contract and then back track from there.
