Nail polish would not dry after 4 hrs. I called them to ask them to fix it and they told me to come back the next day bc they were about to close.

After going to Lisa since she took over the salon over 10 years ago I went for the last time yesterday and had my nails removed and a manicure. I am looking for a new salon. Her quality has declined and she is too rough. The speed on the electric filer is too high which causes excessive nail damage and burning. She doesnt allow a good soak for pedicures and has excuses after excuses when I bring flaws to her attention. I used to go every two weeks faithfully and tipped nicely but I can no longer be loyal to a business that isnt loyal to me by meeting my needs when I express them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.
This review is a long time coming but the nail tech drilled my toe nail too low and I have to get it surgically removed. Please be safe and choose another salon with a LICENSED PROFESSIONAL.
