They have no standard cost structure. Each job is billed by the technician who seems to make it up as they go along. We were GROSSLY overcharged!! Also, when we scheduled with the office staff, we were clear that we needed water softener system checked........ When the technician arrived he said they don't do water softeners ..... One would think they would know what service their company provides. Services: Faucet installation, Toilet installation

In April we had an issue with our garbage disposal where it would not then on at all. They came and were here for 5 minutes because we had something jammed in there and its was fixed. They charged us $175 because they said we inconvenienced them for coming out for that. When we called about the price, they said that we had intentionally shoved something down there. Who does that? We didnt know anything was jammed and called because our garbage disposal simply would not turn on. We are 3 college students who have been laid off due to the pandemic and they said they are still firm with the charge. Ridiculous

I would not recommend Aero Services. We had used Aero Services for all our plumbing needs on a number of occasions over the past years, but we will no longer use or recommend them. In the past their plumbing services were priced reasonably and competitively, but not this time. At the beginning of May, 2021, we had two outdoor faucets replaced. We were charged $425.00. The plumber was here no more than one hour. A call to their office to ask for an explanation for the high charge was met with a disdainful comment and disrespectful attitude. An e-mail sent to their office was never responded to. We were without a doubt overcharged. We did not ask for an estimate up front because of our past experience with Aero over the years and their reasonable prices. We were taken advantage of this time, but it's the last time. They've lost all our future business and our recommendation. No matter who we use in the future we will get an estimate first because some companies have no ethics and will overcharge given half a chance. Service: Faucet installation
