1st of all Stay away if you have children People here call the office because children I repeat CHILDREN are outside playing and being loud (like really?)
2nd the playground is for toddlers or childrens not older than 6 and it is not in the best conditions
3rd The pool just stay away from that nasty moldy pool with black mold all over them walls just eww
4th It seems like everyone here smokes marihuana and management seem not to care you can get high by just walking in to your apartment and kids are everywhere (what type of example and enviornment is this) cant wait for my lease to end !!
DO BETTER FOR ALL THE MONEY BEING PAYED TO LIVE HERE AND NOT BE AT PEACE !!

People here complain because children play outside and according to them they make noises, can someone tell me which child plays in silence?, so I can send him/her to NASA. My son is not allowed to go outside for this same reason, today I gave him the opportunity to go outside and play with the other children and this happens, I cannot speak for the other children but I can speak for mine, and I can assure you that my child is not noisy at all, is very respectfull with very good manners... Oh, but they don't complain about those who smoke marijuana in the hallways, sideways and in front of other people's doors, they don't complain about those who throw garbage everywhere, about those who put their garbage in front of their doors and leaks to the door downstairs, etc... My upstairs neighbors are the noisiest in the world, we can't even sleep well and I'm not complaining because that will only bring more problems and more drama and I don't want to ruin my drama-free zone. So apparently this community is not kids friendly. Why don't they make a play area for children then?, basketball court or like playground as an example?... they have a very small playground and it's not in the best conditions, and it's also not fun for older children, it is more for toddlers or children under 5 or 6 yrs old. Don't mess with the kids please, they are just children, and children needs to play and have fun, they just need to be kids.

*REPLYING* Children today play basketball, Football... at least I have never seen any child playing on that tennis court. The field behind the buildings is just grass, they won't get hurt there and they are safe, away from the street where people drive 25 mph or more, when there is a 12 mph speed limit here. There were more than 10 children playing and having fun like every child does, and by the way, I have always seen them play in that area without any issues. I'm just saying that those who are in charge should focus on other things that are much more important and really serious instead of complaining about children who are just playing and being happy kids, as they are supposed to. Children are children and there is nothing more beautiful than seeing them happy, sharing and having fun.
