NEVER AGAIN!! Lived here for a couple months and been experiencing MOLD in my bathroom! reported it then finally after 3 calls and 2 emails and 3 months later someone came to supposedly fix the issue. but nope!! all they did was scrape off the mold and paint over it. so what did the BLACK MOLD do grow back with my toddler living here no one seemed to care. not only that my door got replaced and ive havent had a peep hole for monthsssss!! & trash is always full which causes roaches near by!

They pay residence $50 gift cards just to post positive reviews. The apartments have mold in them especially the bathrooms and around door trims. They charge $15 a month for trash service thats always overfilled. And $3 a month for pest control that they never come and do. Something is always broke in the gym. Car is always getting broken into or stolen. Very dark in the breezeway, and on the premises. Apartment walls are very thin. You can hear people talking in the other apartment.

I lived at Andover Park for 4 years while I was in grad school until I moved out in the beginning of 2023. This was my first place that I rented on my own, and I could not have imagined a better experience to have during this period in my life.
Like any place, it's not always going to be perfect. There was always the occasional loud neighbors, but the staff has always made sure to enforce noise complaints. I will say, probably my last year there was a person who just moved in to the apartment across from mine - she ended up changing the locks on her door to lock her parter out, adopted a puppy and let it eliminate on the third floor (where her apartment was located), littered constantly! and she had multiple arguments at 2am and 3am and the cops ending up coming several times. After notifying Patti, she had her evicted within 2 months of moving in. They REALLY do care about you and your experience living there.
Obviously some of the biggest cons included the overflowing trash compacter, car thefts (that started probably a year before I moved), and people not cleaning up their pet waste (even though there are pet waste stations everywhere). I know rent has gone up since then, but at the time it was very reasonable living there for $1012.

The staff is amazing at Andover!! Haley, Riley and Patty were so helpful throughout the entire process. We cant wait to move in!
