Lidio and Alex replaced my old furnace and they were great! The first guy who came out to check the furnace was also fantastic, but I forgot his name. Bless his heart, a bunch of birds got into my exhaust pipe and died and he had to clean them out. He was a trooper about it! Everybody was so friendly and walked me through exactly what they did and were mindful of my cats, which I appreciate.

We had quality air come out to fix our furnace through our warranty company. I was worried that they would just pick the cheapest company. Matt was our technician and he was great! He listened to what I had to say, didnt even need to look at the furnace to know the problem. He quickly fixed it while my 9year old looked on and explained things to him. He then talked me through how to use our whole house humidifier which we never used in the 10 years we owned the house! Will use them again in the future (hopefully I dont need to!)

We got quotes for a new furnace and AC around Thanksgiving 2023 and had Ryan out to discuss Carrier products. Ryan was not pushy like the rep from another company was. There was no high pressure sales tactics, it was here is what we have, look it over and let us know what you decide. My kind of sales guy, high pressure sales people make me sick. Our old unit was Carrier and it lasted over 25 years which tells me Carrier is a good brand. Dec 1st, Alex and Justin came out and installed the new furnace. They were exceptionally nice, professional and clean. They did not get annoyed with my questions, which is always great especially when my wife tells me to stop bothering them. While Alex was in the basement making adjustments to the furnace, Justin was upstairs setting up the new thermostat while my dog was demanding his attention, which he showed her and she loved every minute of it. This made a huge impression on myself and my wife. A week later, Justin and Lido came out and installed the new AC unit. Same experience, nothing but professionalism, courtesy and clean. There was a small issue with the existing wire from the old furnace to the old thermostat that was not compatible with the new thermostat but they replaced that without question. Then Matt came out in early March to make sure the AC would function as it should, which it does. We had a small issue this morning, we ran the AC yesterday not knowing the drain pipe was clogged and there was a puddle in the basement. Matt came out this morning, assessed the situation, determined it was the drain pipe and unclogged it for us. The exceptional quality that Quality Air has shown us during the whole process has been unmatched. It is hard to find good customer service these days but these guys are great at it. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a new furnace and/or AC installed or have their current unit serviced. One thing I will say though, it's not a knock on Quality at all and I'm not sure the question could have been answered even if I thought to ask because each house is different, but while the AC unit outside is much quieter than the old, the inside is much louder than the last, like really noticeable louder. We will get used to it but it will take some getting used to.

Quality air saved me thousands of dollars!!! Ive have had the same problem with my furnace for a few years(high temp limit switch being activated). Atlas Butler wanted me to replace my furnace or replace my heat exchanger. Both are thousands of dollars. Kaleb from quality air only had to adjust a few settings to get my furnace working better then it has in years. Ive had Atlas Butlers subscription service for a few years. With multiple service calls and annual tune ups, Atlas Butler could not fix the underlying issue. Kaleb from Quality air had a hunch over the phone that my Gas pressure was too high. It was. He also increased my blower speed. He completed a combustion test and saw no evidence that my heat exchanger was bad. Kaleb definitely wanted to do what was best for me and my family. A lesson that Atlas Butler needs to learn. I highly recommend quality air and will be using them for my future furnace and AC needs.
