Unfortunately this store is small and so only admits one customer at a time. If you go when someone happens to be there you’re screwed. Me thinks a new system could and should be employed for this extreme restriction. Was pretty annoyed....

Charged me nearly $50 to have a tiny sliver of a silver ring resized. When I got the ring back it seemed exactly the same size as when I had brought it in. I wore the ring for about 24 hours to see if my finger would swell at all and no change. I went back and let him know that it was still too large as it slipped easily on and off my finger and was told that I was going to be charged another $20 to have it adjusted.
I could’ve easily gone to a large retail jeweler and had this done with the confidence that it would’ve been done correctly the first time, but I wanted to support a local business so I took a chance and went with a jeweler in my neighborhood.

I came in with a ring that I needed sized down to fit my pinky finger. Once explained, I somewhat knew how difficult it could be. Nevertheless came back in 4 days and I couldn't be happier! Perfect job, I would strongly recommend this place!
