Im writing to pay tribute to the good people at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Concord, NH. Interestingly enough, Ive been a Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Card Member for nearly 40-years. However, special circumstances created the need for me to work with Enterprise Car Rental and Im glad I did.
I placed my initial call and was fortunate to be connected with a gentleman named Erik Webb, who helped me to define the specific vehicle that I required for both my cargo, as well as passenger needs. At that time, the specific vehicle we discussed was not readily available at the Concord location. However, Erik assured me that he would be able to secure the vehicle in time for my trip.
Upon my arrival at the Concord Branch, I was greeted by a lovely young lady, who was apparently aware of my pending arrival. I later found out that her name was Bruna, and she was not only a lovely lady, but she was, in fact, the Branch Manager at Concord.
To my delight, Erik had, not only found and secured the Chevrolet Suburban, as required, but he and his A-Team consisting of Chhabi & Josh had it gassed-up, cleaned-up and inspected for my trip. The comradery of their team was exceptional and is a tribute to the quality of their leadership.
Apparently, Erik is new to the company, fresh out of college, although you wouldnt know it from his easy manner and efficient problem-solving prowess. I am the honored recipient of one of his first business cards. I made him sign it for me, as I expect that he will be a real difference-maker in the not-too-distant future.
Well done and thank you to Bruna and her A-Team at the Concord Enterprise Rent-A-Car Branch.

Always good service but the reps that work with us customers need to either know more about the cars to answer questions,she was in a hurry.
