People can be a bit desperate, sometimes passive-aggressive, but truly not bad to work with. Purchased my home from here recently and had an alright experience.

I tried to buy a home before and I checked two places. I did not get enough information and the service was ok.
Then I stopped by this place. Shawn was very professional, he answered all my questions, showed me some homes, and then I decided to buy a home.
The process was easy, and I had no more questions.
I am so glad that Shawn was very professional, and his professionalism made me finally decide to buy a nice home. I have to mention that he speaks Spanish too.

Great care & customer service.
Gloria was very attentive even though we weren't exactly sure of what we were looking for. She was patient and willing to show us a variety of options. She listened attentively to our needs wasn't high pressure. She was very kind, considerate & patient.
We didn't receive a ton of calls and emails after our visit. Even after finding out our final plans would not include a Clayton home, she was still considerate & professional. It was very enjoyable doing business with her.
