As we entered the room, the lights were already on and there was two wash rags on the floor that were already Used. The tv looked damaged because it was more dim on one side of the screen than the other. We couldnt fix it at all so even with the lights off the screen wasnt bright at all. To take the cake away.. the morning we were leaving, my significant other and I were being intimate and one of the house keepers didnt even knock or announce her presence but the the door just flung open while we were both indecent. Worst experience of a hotel Ive had in a long time and I travel a lot.
Rooms: Not impressed for a Marriott. Used towels and damaged tv

Hotel a little dated. Sleeping sheets fine, duvet spread had some stains. Because tucked away it was very quiet even though we slept with front facing window over entrance. My mattress had a dip in center so made it more uncomfortable

My company and Co workers always use Marriot because we have a cooperate code we use for reservations I have stayed a total of over 100 days in total at multiple Marriots and I have never found a diaper with human feces in it under my bed. I informed the receptionist who was very understanding and apologized for this issue, but I guess the management found that giving me a measly 3000 points would be suffice.
EDIT: The General Manager reached out to me directly to address and resolve the issue. Initially, I had mistaken someone else for the GM based on the email I received. Upon her arrival at work, the true General Manager promptly made contact, provided a clear explanation of the situation, showed a great deal of understanding, and confirmed that appropriate actions had been taken. Additionally, she kindly offered compensation for the inconvenience. I changed my 1 status to 4
