I just moved in a few days ago and I am so amazed at how well this apartment complex communicates with its tenants. The apartment I came from NEVER answered their phones, emails, maintenance calls. It was significantly smaller than this complex. They have answered everytime I have called and they went through every question I had. The neighbors seem so friendly and its nice and quiet. No ones yelling or stomping upstairs. The gym is so nice and clean. Its too cold to swim yet,
But they have a salt water pool that Im so excited to swim in. The units are so cozy and they feel like home already. I am so in love with these apartments. No complaints so far!

The buildings are old, but maintenance is incredibly quick to fix any concerns I have. I really wish they gave more options with things like valet trash. It wasnt something I wanted to pay for in the first place, and now the rules exclude the only daily trash I have. Which might be okay if they had trash cans throughout the property, instead of one corner. The office also has a bad habit of ignoring my messages and concerns. The walls are pretty thick so I hardly hear neighbors in their apartment, but windows are thin and neighbors are loud, so I hear a lot of noise from outside, which is awful at night.

I've been here about 6 months and I feel at home thanks to the awesome staff in the office and maintenance as well .

I recently just moved here a few months ago and this place is really great. The people who work here and even my neighbor are just nice people. I just love the scenery and environment over all.

The staff makes every effort to accommodate its residents. They listen and act on issues that need attention. The Maintenance staff is efficient and quick. The campus is quiet and well maintained.
